Through yoga, breathwork, meaningful conversations, adventure, and connection, we create space to slow down, open up, and enjoy being exactly where we are. Some women come seeking clarity. Others come for adventure, friendship, celebration, or simply because a week in Mexico sounds pretty incredible. There's no one reason to come. And no one way to experience it. This is your invitation to move, rest, explore, connect, and experience more of what lights you up. Come as you are. Leave with more of yourself.

I believe some of life's most meaningful experiences happen when we step outside our usual routines. When we make space for new perspectives, new friendships, new experiences, and new parts of ourselves to emerge.

That's why I created Heart Awakening.

Not just to gather people for a week of yoga in Mexico (although that part is pretty incredible!), but to create an experience that brings together movement, connection, self-discovery, adventure, and JOY! I've witnessed what happens when women come together with open hearts, curiosity, and a willingness to show up fully. The conversations get deeper. The laughter gets louder. The connections become real. And somewhere between the yoga, the ocean, the shared meals, and the unexpected moments, something shifts. Not because anything was wrong before. But because there's always more of life to experience.

That's the heart of this retreat.

And it's why the people who come together matter just as much as the place we're going.

Tucked along the beautiful coast of Oaxaca, Casa de Olas is our home away from home for seven unforgettable nights!! Think ocean breezes, open-air yoga spaces, a beautiful pool, and an energy that's truly unmatched. Just steps from the beach, with the charm of Puerto Escondido nearby, colorful shops, local markets, and plenty to explore.

And the sunsets? Absolutely DIVINE!!

Evenings bring us together over nourishing family-style dinners, meaningful conversations, and lots of laughter. There's something special about this place. You feel it the moment you arrive.

And yes, there will be plenty of hammock time and yes there is Wi-fi ◡̈
